No endless meetings here – if it can be done today, we're all about getting it done today. ### **What is this role like?** The Senior Product Manager will operate as a highlyautonomous person, responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our most impactful and critical products. This role requires demonstrated expertise in navigating complex markets and aligning large, cross\-functional teams toward ambitious, long\-term goals. * **Strategic Product Leadership:** Define, champion, and iterate on the long\-termproduct roadmap and vision, focusing heavily on market strategy, competitive analysis, and high impact business outcomes. * **End\-to\-End Ownership of Critical Products:** Own the execution and success of major, company defining products from inception (discovery) through launch, scaling, and end of life. Must have a demonstrated history of successfully executing products end\-to\-end. * **Organizational Alignment \& Mentoring:** Act as a key organizational voice, performing mentoring for junior PMs and driving alignment across the entire organization (Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Leadership) regarding product priorities and strategy. * **Cross\-Functional Collaboration \& Execution:** Lead and collaborate closely withlarge, multi\-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data Science, GTM) to translate high\-level strategy into actionable, technical requirements and deliver solutions with speed and quality. * **Customer \& Market Engagement:** Regularly interface with key customers and executive stakeholders to deeply understand pain points, validate hypotheses, and ensure the product strategy directly addresses high\-value market needs. * **Autonomous Decision\-Making:** Exercise significant judgment and **autonomy** in making critical product and technical trade\-off decisions, balancing technical feasibility, business opportunity, and risk. * **Performance Monitoring \& Documentation:** Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product area, continuously track performance, and ensure best\-in\-class documentation and operational readiness. ### **What (we think) you need to be successful** We're open to not checking all the boxes and be proven wrong by outlier candidates as well! * Minimum 5\+ years of Product Management experience, with a significant focus on strategic roles within the SaaS, AdTech (Advertising Technology), or Marketplace industries. * Proven ability to lead and align large, multi\-functional teams in a high\-growth, fast\-paced environment. * Demonstrated expertise in building and executing against long\-term product roadmaps that have delivered measurable business impact. * Extensive experience working with and managing expectations of external customers (B2B Enterprise level) and internal executive stakeholders. * Strong technical acumen, having ideally worked as a Software Developer or in a heavily technical product role. * Prior experience in a mentoring or coaching capacity for other Product Managers or team members. * Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field; MBA is highly desired. * Availability to work onsite 4 days per week at our Santiago or Sao Paulo office. ### **What We Value** At Topsort, we seek professionals who embody the following qualities to drive our mission forward: * **Deep dive into details:** Professionals who are not content with superficial answers and dive deeply into the details to uncover root causes and optimal solutions. * **Team first:** A low need for individual recognition, always prioritizing collective results over personal credit. * **You thrive with ambiguity:** Exceptional ability to tackle open\-ended problems in unstructured environments, turning chaos into structured innovation. * **Adaptability:** Willingness to learn, mentor, lead, and follow as the situation demands, fostering growth at all levels. * **Urgency:** A disproportionate sense of urgency in execution, while keeping scalability and the creation of replicable processes in mind to ensure long\-term success. **Curiosity:** Genuinely curious individuals who can quickly learn difficult concepts and apply them effectively.
