We are currently seeking a **Student Intern for the AFP Operations Area**, who will be responsible for supporting the Operational Intelligence team in analyzing, automating, and monitoring critical processes related to information management and operational reporting within the AFP. **What do we expect from you?** * Participate in the development and validation of SQL queries on operational databases. * Support the automation of manual processes using Power BI, Power Automate, or similar tools. * Collaborate in creating internal and regulatory management reports and dashboards. * Document processes and support the implementation of continuous improvements together with the Product Owner and developers of the team. Requirements: * Student of Business Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or a related field, currently in your final year of study. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel and SQL (knowledge of Power BI is desirable). * Interest in data analysis, process automation, and the pension fund industry. * Analytical skills, proactivity, and attention to detail. * Good communication skills and willingness to work in a multidisciplinary team (business, operations, and IT). * Desirable experience in business processes or management control. * Students must have school insurance coverage. * Availability to intern full-time for at least 3 months, with potential for extension. * **Desirable:** Interest and skills in using artificial intelligence tools such as **ChatGPT**, **Copilot**, or others, demonstrating the ability to **formulate effective prompts** and leverage these technologies to optimize tasks and analyses.
