Your passion for technical excellence will drive progress in modernizing our technical stack, simplifying system architecture, and automating manual workflows to ensure scalability and efficiency of our platform. **What You’ll Do:** * Develop new platform capabilities and product offerings—from design through launch. * Balance time-to-market speed with long-term growth by designing with foresight and building for today. * Collaborate with the Product team to define appropriately scoped initiatives and craft a roadmap that meets business needs quarter after quarter. * Preserve customer goodwill by ensuring system availability, participating in on-call rotations, responding to support requests, and taking proactive measures to improve reliability. * Provide guidance to engineers across your team and the broader organization. * Actively contribute to continuous improvement of the engineering organization through lunch-and-learn sessions, team presentations, and leadership reviews.
