We seek a professional with strong technical orientation and holistic vision, capable of operating within hybrid ecosystems (AWS \+ on\-premise). This role combines operations, continuous improvement, and technical decision-making, playing a key role in ensuring continuity, availability, and efficiency of technological services. * You will play an active role in the design, deployment, and evolution of solutions, collaborating with both technical and business teams. * Administer and optimize infrastructure on AWS and on\-premise environments * Resolve complex incidents and ensure operational continuity * Participate in the design and implementation of hybrid architectures * Define and implement best practices for security, availability, and performance * Coordinate with internal teams (infrastructure, development, business) * Prioritize tasks and manage technical initiatives * Propose continuous improvements in service operations and automation Requirements * Qualified professional with studies in Computer Science or related field required. * Relevant courses and certifications according to seniority level * Education in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * \+4 years of experience in similar roles * Proven experience in AWS (implementation and administration) * Solid knowledge of on\-premise infrastructure * Experience in incident management and operational continuity * Ability to coordinate and provide technical leadership * Strong communication skills At Axity, we foster an inclusive environment where differences are celebrated and everyone has the opportunity to grow and excel.
