This time, we are looking for a **Platform Administrator** for our Marketing Acquisition management team, located in Las Condes, Tobalaba Metro, Santiago. Your main objective will be to manage and optimize the Marketing and Acquisition lead platform, ensuring traceability, integrity, and efficiency of information to support decision-making. **The main responsibilities of the role will be the following:** * Manage and ensure the proper functioning of tools and systems related to platform administration. * Monitor the usage and performance of platforms, detecting and reporting incidents or improvement needs. * Analyze and coordinate operational resources, maintaining control over management and efficiency indicators. * Generate and update reports that provide visibility into the operation and evolution of commercial flows. * Facilitate communication between internal teams, promoting agile and collaborative information management. * Design and maintain support tools that optimize data management and associated processes. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in area operational processes and workflows. **Requirements:** * Technical or Professional degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Programming, Computer Science, Database Analyst or related fields. * At least 2 years of experience in platform administration, information control, or operational support in marketing, call centers, or sales areas. * Knowledge in report generation and analysis of operational indicators, administration of commercial platforms or CRM, including users, roles, and permissions. * Knowledge in process optimization. * Familiarity with Outlook, Power Apps/Power Automate. * Advanced Excel (mandatory) * Desirable: Power BI * Knowledge of incident tracking and support systems. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 18:00 hrs. Friday 08:00 to 17:00 hrs. * 44 weekly hours.
