




Preuniversitario UC is looking for new executives for its Call Center. The role involves managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner, with the objective of guiding, persuading, and enrolling students in the various Preuniversitario UC programs. Additionally, it is expected to respond to administrative and management inquiries from both enrolled students and prospective ones, always following the policies, scripts, regulations, and framework established by the Preuniversitario UC Directorate. **Job Responsibilities:** · Follow Preuniversitario UC call center scripts and protocols when handling different topics · Identify customer needs, clarify information, investigate each issue, and offer solutions or alternatives · Capture opportunities as they arise to manage enrollments · Build sustainable relationships and acquire customers by redoubling efforts · Maintain clear records of all conversations in our call center's database · Assist supervisors with various tasks as required · Attend training sessions aimed at improving knowledge and performance levels · Ensure customer satisfaction through friendly and empathetic service, providing timely information to each person who requests it · Support administrative tasks related to enrollment and scholarship management · Treat people with dignity and fairness, striving to maintain or enhance their well-being ***If you are interested in this position, please send your updated CV, indicating availability and salary expectations to cristobal.alvear@uc.cl, and we will contact you.*** Job type: Full-time
