Currently, for **Chile**, we are recruiting for a new position: **Data Analyst**, responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide strategic business insights. This includes identifying trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities from internal and external data sources to support informed decision-making and enhance business performance. Additionally, this role will lead process-improvement and customer-service initiatives focused on increasing customer satisfaction and retention. **What will you do in this role?** * Use tools and techniques to extract data from diverse sources. * Ensure data is clean, accurate, and ready for analysis—including identifying and correcting errors or inconsistencies. * Apply statistical methods and data analysis techniques to identify patterns, trends, and relationships that yield valuable insights for decision-making. * Develop detailed reports presenting analytical findings clearly and understandably for organizational stakeholders. * Build interactive dashboards enabling users to explore data and derive insights autonomously and in real time. * Design and implement various dashboards using Power BI. * Evaluate current company processes and operations to identify customer-facing improvement opportunities. * Use predictive modeling techniques to anticipate future trends and make recommendations based on data projections. * Collaborate closely with departments such as Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to understand their information needs and provide the necessary data for informed decisions. * Communicate data analysis results to stakeholders via presentations, meetings, and written reports—ensuring insights are understandable and actionable. * Provide training and support to end-users on interpreting reports and dashboards, and on using BI tools. * Administer and maintain the company’s BI tools, ensuring proper functionality and regular updates. * Continuously evaluate and improve BI processes to ensure alignment with evolving business needs and technology. * Design and execute customer loyalty campaigns aligned with the customer lifecycle, intervening at each stage to increase retention. * Lead improvement projects to close identified gaps, based on analyses performed and opportunities detected. **What do we expect from you?** * Proficiency in BI tools and databases, plus skills in query languages (SQL), data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI), and programming languages (Python or R). * Experience in data analysis and modeling. * Experience managing BI projects. * Knowledge of statistics. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. **What will you find in this opportunity?** * A collaborative and enriching work environment promoting core values: think positively, be unstoppable, and care about people. * A challenging role delivering critical insights to various business areas—directly contributing to strategic decision-making. * A range of corporate benefits, including life insurance, training programs, scholarships, and more. **Do you identify with this challenge?
