We are seeking a **Project Manager** with experience in networking and technological deployment, responsible for leading, coordinating, and ensuring the correct implementation and continuity of connectivity projects. The position involves working with routers, links, IP cameras, IoT devices, and digital infrastructure solutions. The candidate will be responsible for on-site project deployment, coordination of technicians and suppliers, monitoring of existing infrastructure, and direct interaction with clients and technical stakeholders. This role is critical to ensuring **stable operations, on-time project delivery, technical quality, and operational control** of deployed platforms and networks. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise installation, maintenance, and operation projects for connectivity infrastructure. * Manage schedules, resources, suppliers, and on-site installers. * Configure and monitor routers, links, networks, VLANs, VPNs, IP cameras, and IoT devices. * Track alarms, performance metrics, and operational continuity. * Supervise on-site teams, ensure compliance with protocols, and generate operational reports. * Manage equipment inventory, assignments, and technical documentation. * Coordinate with clients and suppliers regarding progress, incidents, and technical deliverables. * Validate installations, documentation, and project closures. * Implement operational and process improvements. **Requirements** * Technical or Engineering degree in Networking, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field. * Minimum **2 years of experience** in networking, technology projects, telecommunications, or advanced support. * Experience configuring networks: TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, NAT, DHCP. * Experience with routers, links, fiber optics, radio links, IoT, or IP cameras. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. * Technical English is desirable. * Certifications such as CCNA, MikroTik, Ubiquiti, or Network+ are desirable. * Familiarity with platforms such as Zabbix, Grafana, Domotz, PRTG, or ticketing systems. * Willingness to perform on-site work and occasional travel.
