Key requirements: 1–3 years of experience in similar positions. Experience in production and team coordination. Knowledge of bakery, food, or production processes. Technical or professional education related to food, production, or industrial processes. Availability to work on-site in Renca and perform rotating shifts. Shifts: Morning, Afternoon, and Night.
