Job Summary: Responsible for loading, transporting, and unloading customers' belongings, ensuring their care and respectful treatment. Key Highlights: 1. Care and respect for customers' belongings 2. Teamwork and effective communication 3. Conflict resolution and organization Perform loading, transportation, and unloading of customers' belongings in the warehouse and at customers' residences. Must ensure proper care of customers' belongings and courteous treatment during pickup and delivery processes. This is physically demanding work requiring good physical condition. Constantly handles customers' belongings; therefore, trustworthiness and respect for others' property are mandatory. **Job Skills and Competencies:** \- Leadership \- Communication skills \- Teamwork \- Decision-making \- Organization \- Analytical ability \- Conflict resolution **Tasks and Responsibilities:** \- Comply with Mudango's labor and safety regulations, as well as national laws \- Safeguard customers' belongings and Mudango Warehouses' property \- Participate in the intake and inventory process of customers' belongings in the warehouse \- Participate in the racking and documentation process of customers' belongings in the warehouse \- Participate in the outbound and inventory process of customers' belongings from the warehouse \- Package customers' belongings following Mudango Warehouses' packaging policy \- Deliver customers' belongings to their residences \- Pick up customers' belongings from their residences \- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse space utilization \- Identify opportunities to enhance team safety Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $700\.000 per month Application Question(s): * The address is Volcan Licancabur 435, Parque Industrial Lo Boza Work Location: On-site employment
