Manage environmental permits and monitor compliance with Environmental Qualification Resolutions (RCA). Coordinate internal audits and support the implementation of continuous environmental improvement actions. Analyze and standardize environmental processes in collaboration with various organizational departments. Advise and train personnel on environmental regulations, management, and good environmental practices. Promote compliance with the company’s defined standards for safety, quality, environment, and responsible conduct. Requirements: Degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in positions related to environmental management. Experience in industrial companies, preferably chemical or petrochemical. Knowledge and experience in environmental permits, Environmental Qualification Resolutions (RCA), and current environmental regulations. Experience with environmental management systems, audits, and continuous improvement. Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, maintain regulatory compliance orientation, analyze, plan, and demonstrate commitment to safety and the environment. Employment conditions: Direct contract with the company. Net salary $2\.100\.000, negotiable according to experience. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:00 hrs., and Friday, 08:00–14:00 hrs., including a 30-minute lunch break. Lunch provided at the corporate cafeteria.
