Restaurant Nuevo Bahía, located on the shores of the beautiful Caleta Horcón, is seeking an advanced kitchen assistant with proven experience, knowledge of basic and advanced cooking techniques, organization, teamwork, cleanliness, and dish plating. **FOCUS:** cold kitchen, salad assembly, and preparation of cold appetizers, open to rotating across various kitchen stations, including the hot kitchen (supporting our chef) and the frying station (managing frying times and coordinating dish removal with the main kitchen). Low season: Thursday to Monday High season: Full time
