The purpose of this position is to operate processes within its work area—either on land or at sea—on a shift basis, adhering to safety, quality, and environmental regulations, thereby contributing through performance to operational excellence and productivity. The main responsibilities of this position are: As Loading Master: \- Plan, organize, and comprehensively supervise safety standards for all activities and operations related to loading at the ship-terminal maritime interface: from the vessel’s arrival at the pier or maritime terminal, throughout its stay, and until its subsequent departure—ensuring such operations proceed safely and pose no threat of environmental damage. \- Manage emergencies and possess knowledge of vessel mooring equipment. \- Provide comprehensive and efficient advisory support to the ship’s captain on matters within their competence. \- Lead the safe, efficient, reliable, and environmentally sound operation of the vessel at the maritime terminal. \- Comply with requirements stipulated in Resolution O\-71/34\.
