RedSalud Clinic Iquique is currently seeking an Operations Manager responsible for leading and managing the clinic’s outpatient operations, focusing on achieving activity, productivity, sales, and patient experience goals while ensuring efficient and coordinated operations across clinical and support departments. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate outpatient area operations, ensuring proper functionality and operational continuity. * Manage and monitor key performance indicators related to activity, productivity, sales, and operational efficiency. * Identify opportunities to increase activity volume and optimize available capacity across units. * Monitor schedules, capacity utilization, demand, and productivity, coordinating actions to improve outcomes. * Coordinate cross-functionally with clinical, medical, commercial, and support departments to promote outpatient activity growth. **Desired Profile** ------------------ Requirements: * Degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, Management Control Engineering, Business Administration Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams and/or managing operations, preferably within the healthcare sector. * Experience in performance indicator management, productivity, budgeting, and goal attainment. * Strong analytical, planning, coordination, and results-oriented capabilities. * Proficiency in Google Workspace and SAP tools.
