Autonomous fieldwork with route planning and work order management ### **Telecommunications Specialist Technician** A telecommunications company is currently seeking a **Telecommunications Specialist Technician** to perform **on-site work in the Los Vilos area**, primarily at customers' residences. **Main Responsibilities:** * Installation, maintenance, and repair of **telephone, internet, and television** services using technologies such as copper, fiber optics, and wireless. * Comprehensive customer service, complying with technical, operational, quality, and safety protocols defined by the company and its client. * Execution of fieldwork with a high degree of autonomy, assessing working conditions and safety, and proactively reporting to supervisors. * Use of technological platforms for route management, work orders, job closures, and material consumption tracking. * Strict compliance with technical standards, internal procedures, and occupational risk prevention measures. **Position Conditions:** * Field-based work without constant direct supervision. * Daily assignments vary according to operational demand. * Mobility within the **Coquimbo Region**, as required by service needs. **Work Schedule:** * Standard weekly schedule of **44 hours**, distributed over shifts of up to 6 days per week, including Sundays and holidays, in accordance with current regulations. * Overtime only with prior authorization. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Gross base salary:** $600\.000\. * **Statutory bonus:** 25%, subject to the legal cap, paid monthly. * **Production-based variable remuneration**, determined by achievement of performance criteria. * Additional bonuses for **installation and repair quality**. * **Non-taxable allowances:** * Meal allowance: $30\.000 * Transportation allowance: $25\.000 **Requirements:** * Formal training or verifiable experience in telecommunications. * Strong commitment to safety, service quality, and customer service. * Availability for fieldwork in **Los Vilos and surrounding areas**. * Willingness to undergo continuous training and certification. * Valid Class B driver's license.
