Job Summary: SSO Coordinator responsible for advising and supervising the planning, execution, and accident prevention in mining operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Leadership in safety campaigns and monthly reporting R\&Q Ingeniería, an engineering and project company with 50 years of experience, is seeking an **SSO Coordinator** in the **Coquimbo Region (Salamanca)** **Estimated duration of the contract to be tendered: 24 months.** **The following candidate is required:** A certified professional holding SERNAGEOMIN B accreditation, with at least 15 years of general experience and 10 years of specific mining experience. Responsible for advising GP’s executive management on planning, organizing, executing, and supervising ongoing actions aimed at preventing accidents to personnel, damage to equipment and/or facilities, environmental damage, and occurrence of occupational diseases, as well as fully complying with regulations issued by Minera Los Pelambres’ Occupational Safety and Health Management. Key responsibilities include: * Supervising and coordinating with superintendencies to ensure proper implementation of the GP safety plan, * Generating monthly SSO reporting for GP, * Leading safety campaigns **Important:** All stated requirements are mandatory and must be met to be considered in the process.
