We are seeking qualified professionals to take on the challenge as a Reporting Engineer for an important mining project, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule in remote work mode. The primary objective of this position is to manage and prepare the necessary reports and analyses for monitoring and evaluating the comprehensive fatigue and sleepiness program, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of information presented to senior management and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: * Collect relevant data from various sources, including medical assessments, activity logs, and incident reports related to fatigue and sleepiness. * Ensure the integrity and accuracy of collected data. * Analyze collected data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement within the program. * Use statistical tools and specialized software for data analysis. * Prepare detailed periodic reports on the program’s status, including key metrics, findings, and recommendations. * Present reports clearly and concisely to senior management and other stakeholders. * Monitor program objective achievement and conduct ongoing follow-ups to ensure effective implementation of recommendations. * Update reports as needed to reflect changes and progress in the program. * Maintain effective communication with the program’s multidisciplinary team, including physicians, kinesiologists, and nutritionists. Coordinate with other Occupational Health and Safety Management departments to obtain necessary information and ensure reporting consistency. * Ideal Candidate Requirements: * Professional degree in Statistics Engineering, Administration, Occupational Health, or a related field. * At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and report preparation, preferably * Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, other computerized statistical programs for data analysis) and reporting management software.
