Job Description As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for organizing and supervising food services in assigned areas, continuously implementing improvements in the management for which you are accountable, with emphasis on continuous improvement and meeting customer expectations. You will constantly coordinate and interact with responsible personnel from complementary departments to comply with company standards and ensure operational excellence. · Responsibilities Supervision and administration of assigned personnel. Responsible for creating work schedules, shift rosters, and task planning. In charge of coordinating safety and quality aspects and conducting safety talks. Primarily operational profile, focused on execution and direct supervision. · Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in this role. Residence between Region III and the Metropolitan Region. Availability to work rotating shifts (7x7) with camp accommodation. Medical fitness compatible with high-altitude conditions.
