Job Summary: Sodexo Chile is seeking a Fleet Manager with experience in fleet management within the mining industry to plan, coordinate, and control vehicle operations, ensuring availability and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the daily operation of the vehicle fleet. 2. Coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance. 3. Monitors operational and safety performance indicators. If you have experience in fleet management in the mining sector and are ready to take on a new operational challenge, this opportunity is for you. · Job Description As Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the vehicle fleet operations under the contract, ensuring vehicle availability, operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and service efficiency. You must coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, manage documentation and authorizations, monitor operational indicators, and maintain constant communication with workshops, rental car providers, and internal departments to guarantee smooth operational functioning. · About Us We are a French company and a global leader in quality-of-life services. Manage vehicle assignments according to operational requirements. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet. Manage vehicle exit authorizations and related documentation for mining site operations. Supervise compliance with maintenance guidelines and safety standards. Monitor operational indicators related to fleet availability, costs, and utilization. Coordinate with workshops, rental car providers, and internal departments to ensure operational continuity. Manage operational contingencies related to transportation and vehicle availability. Prepare management and operational follow-up reports. · Requirements Residence between Region II and Region V. Education aligned with the position. Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management within the mining industry. Experience coordinating preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance. Knowledge of logistics, vehicle maintenance, and mining regulations related to fleet operations. Experience in operational coordination and transport service control.
