Important company with mining operations requires: * Inventory Control Analyst for the city of SALAMANCA Responsible for administrative and operational inventory control related to the receipt, storage, and supply of fuels and lubricants at facilities and trucks. Consolidate information, enter it into the system, and generate inventory closing reports and corresponding sales reports for each client. * Job responsibilities: * Daily control of physical fuel inventories, both natural and corrected. * Monitor measurement logs and report daily stock levels and daily closing. * Investigate according to procedures and immediately notify direct management chain of any out-of-range fluctuations. * Prepare, execute, and control sales generated by each unit in the operation. * Prepare inventory control reports per facility and consolidate income, sales, and product movements within the mine site. * Perform a daily analysis of losses and gains generated during product reception and sales operations at the mine site. * Make preventive observations and implement corrective or improvement actions in inventory control processes within the mine site. * Ensure proper control over volumes sold and transported within the mine site. * Effectively control volumes received from the source plant via tanker trucks, in accordance with established control flows for the described operation. * Verify and control measurements of mine site fuel tanks by applying established procedures and instructions. * Monitor fuel truck deliveries according to established procedures. * Maintain stock control and send inventory information to the planning unit to ensure minimum contractually established volumes. * Monitor temperature readings by segment, verifying execution of biweekly closings. Perform API measurements. Conduct daily reconciliations. * Monitor compliance with the Preventive Maintenance Program. * Likewise, it is understood that all other functions that, by their nature, are or become inherent to the position are included.
