Currently, we are seeking a **Mini Loader Operator** with more than 3 years of mining site experience on a 7x7 shift. **Net Salary $1,200,000 plus allowance** **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Valid Class D driver's license (minimum 3 years) – **Mandatory**. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in mining operations – **Mandatory**. * Operator equipment course (desirable). * Certification to operate backhoe loader (desirable). **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate and maintain the mini loader and other assigned equipment in optimal condition. * Carry out tasks as directed by the supervisor and comply with safety, environmental, and quality procedures. * Perform pre-use checklists and report equipment malfunctions. * Transport materials, tools, and supplies within the site. * Participate in safety activities and training sessions. * Keep the work area clean and organized. * Other duties as stipulated by contract.
