Position: HEV Electromechanical Technician / Motorist – Caserones Site Position Purpose: Perform inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of the HEV (Hybrid Electric Vehicle) Kit in accordance with the Operation and Maintenance Manual, electrical schematics, technical procedures, and engineering department guidelines, to ensure correct functionality, operational continuity, and continuous improvement. Additionally, provide support for diesel engine servicing as required under Cummins Distributor contracts, contributing to the operational readiness of such equipment. Responsibilities: Perform HEV kit maintenance; visual inspections, fluid level checks, coolant replacement and bleeding, replacement of minor components (hoses, low-voltage cables, sensors), and structural inspections, in accordance with the Operation and Maintenance Manual and electrical schematics, to ensure compliance with the maintenance schedule. Requirements: Higher Technical Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Electricity, Electronics, Mechanics, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience relevant to this position Knowledge of diesel engine maintenance and/or components Availability to work on-site under shift systems.
