Job Summary: We are seeking a Three-Phase Master Technician to execute and coordinate technical field activities, including audits, loss detection, and standardization of metering systems, requiring autonomy and effective on-site customer communication. We seek a Three-Phase Master Technician responsible for executing and coordinating technical field activities related to audits, loss detection, standardization, and operation of three-phase metering systems. The role requires autonomy, strict compliance with technical and safety protocols, and effective on-site communication with customers. This position is critical to ensuring contractual compliance with CGE and maintaining the company’s defined operational, quality, and safety standards. · Main Responsibilities Execute direct, semi-direct, and indirect metering audits in accordance with established technical instructions and procedures. Perform connection and commissioning of compact metering equipment, ensuring correct configuration and integration with the grid. Safely and autonomously perform LV/MV operations. Accurately record photographic evidence, forms, and customer notifications, ensuring service traceability. Control and manage seals, verification labels, and meters assigned to the crew. Comply with ISO standards for safety, environment, and quality. Program, reprogram, and configure new and in-service three-phase meters. Conduct periodic reviews of the operational status of equipment, tools, instruments, materials, vehicles, and PPE. Maintain smooth and effective communication with end customers to obtain access permits and conduct audits of metering schemes. Operate assigned vehicles to carry out field activities. · Job Requirements Education Electrical Technician (technical secondary education or professional institute). Technical Knowledge Knowledge of energy recovery. Three-phase and single-phase electrical measurement. Electrical splicing. LV/MV operations. Meter programming. Electricity tariffs. Electric energy meters. Use of meter verification instruments. Knowledge of ISO standards for safety, quality, and environment. Knowledge of phasor diagram interpretation. Experience Minimum work experience: 2 years. Practical experience in: Driving. Working at heights. Auditing three-phase metering schemes. Languages Advanced Spanish. Mobility Availability for 100% fieldwork across various regions. High level of autonomy in travel and operations. Must hold Class B driver’s license. · Valued Competencies Attention to detail and technical rigor. Focus on operational safety. Effective communication with customers and work teams. Ability to work under strict procedures. Autonomy in technical tasks. · Tools and Systems Used COTALKER: Registration of photographic evidence and forms. Three-phase meter programming software. Network Analyzer Multimeter Electricity Tariffs Compact Metering Equipment · Job Conditions Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00–19:00 hrs, Friday 9:00–18:00 hrs. Contract Type: Fixed-term contract. Compensation: Approx. $1,200,000 net. Work Location: Illapel.
