If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, delivering quality service, and preparing beverages with excellence, this opportunity may be for you. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and established standards. * Craft cocktails, mocktails, and other bar preparations. * Serve customers at the bar and assist the dining room team with order delivery. * Recommend beverages based on customer preferences. * Manage and coordinate beverage orders quickly and efficiently. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the bar area, utensils, equipment, and supplies. * Ensure proper use of ingredients, recipes, and portion sizes defined by the menu. * Guarantee availability of necessary supplies for daily operations (ice, glassware, consumables, etc.). * Comply with food and beverage handling, hygiene, and quality standards. * Stay updated on beverage offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods. **Requirements** * Technical training in gastronomy, hospitality, bartending, or related field. * Preferred: training from a bartending school or mixology courses. * Knowledge of: * Beverage and cocktail preparation * Types of spirits, ingredients, and combinations * Customer service * Order management and working under pressure * Food and beverage handling and hygiene * Prior experience in restaurants, bars, or the gastronomic industry is desirable. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **What We Offer** * The opportunity to be part of a dynamic team with a positive work environment. * Included lunch.
