Analyze mechanical failures and propose technical solutions **Job Description** We are seeking a **Mechanical Engineer** to participate in engineering, maintenance, and optimization projects for equipment and systems used in industrial and agro-industrial operations. The selected candidate will work alongside production and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability, resolve technical issues, and support operational continuity. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, review, and improve mechanical systems and components used in operations. * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment. * Analyze mechanical failures and propose efficient technical solutions. * Participate in equipment installation, modification, and commissioning projects. * Coordinate technical work with maintenance, production, suppliers, and contractors. * Prepare technical reports, specifications, and project documentation. * Propose improvements to increase equipment efficiency, safety, and service life. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Mechanical Engineering** or a related field. * 2–4 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or mechanical projects. * Industrial, agro-industrial, or production plant experience is desirable. * Knowledge of rotating equipment, mechanical systems, and industrial maintenance. * Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation. * Proficiency in Excel and engineering or design software. * Willingness to conduct on-site visits. * Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and teamwork capability.
