What will you do on a day-to-day basis? * Lead discovery processes together with users, business teams, and stakeholders. * Translate requirements into functional, scalable, and purposeful experiences. * Design interfaces focusing on accessibility, usability, and visual hierarchy. * Prototype in Figma at various levels of fidelity (your imagination is the limit!). * Conduct research methodically: interviews, surveys, heuristic analysis, etc. * Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, data analysts, legal, and business teams. * Present your ideas clearly and passionately, supporting decisions with evidence (not just style). Promote a user-centered design culture * . What you need to shine: * \+5 years of experience designing digital products, ideally within large companies or high-impact projects. * Degree in Graphic Design or related field, with specialization in UX/UI (courses, diplomas, bootcamps). * Full mastery of **Figma** and strong skills in **Illustrator** (we know you love creating icons!). * Proficiency in **Photoshop** (for those magical touches that make the difference). * Experience with **Design Systems**, reusable components, and scalable design. * Desired experience in B2B or B2C apps or platforms.
