Research and gather insights on current user experience and user needs through interviews, behavioral analysis, and qualitative/quantitative studies. 2\. Design user-centered solutions by co-creating customer journeys and experience flows using UX design methodologies and agile frameworks, in collaboration with product teams and key stakeholders. 3\. Prototype and validate solutions through usability testing, identifying pain points and proposing iterative improvements. 4\. Monitor the implementation of designs, ensuring their accurate technical execution and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement based on data analysis and testing results. 5\.
