Job Summary: We are seeking a Trade Marketing Analyst to execute the Trade Marketing plan, drive commercial growth through activations and POP material management, and capture leads in the assigned area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execute the Trade Marketing plan and activations to generate leads and visits. 2. Ensure brand visibility and manage local suppliers. 3. At Smart Fit, we are looking for our next **Trade Marketing Analyst**. **What will be your mission?** Your purpose will be to execute the Trade Marketing plan in your assigned area, ensuring commercial growth through local activations, POP material management, and lead generation. **Your key challenges:** * **Field Execution:** Implement the monthly Trade plan and execute activations to generate *walk\-ins* and new leads. * **Brand Visibility:** Ensure 100% installation of POP material and manage local suppliers. * **Strategic Support:** Support underperforming locations (SOS) with immediate actions and report KPIs weekly. * **Local Engagement:** Build tactical partnerships with universities, companies, and trade fairs to increase our presence. * **Internal Liaison:** Serve as the communication bridge between locations, Trade, Operations, and Sales. **What do we need from you?** * **Education:** Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** 1–2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, BTL, retail, or commercial areas (proven experience required). * Availability to travel and visit various locations.
