Design user-centered solutions, leading the end-to-end design process: discovery, definition, design, user validation, experimentation, and product evolution. Collaborate with Product, Development, and other stakeholders to build scalable solutions aligned with business objectives and technical feasibility. Validate hypotheses through research, data analysis, and outcome measurement, promoting continuous improvement and evidence-based decision-making. What are we looking for? Degree in Design, UX, Communications, Psychology, Journalism, Advertising, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/Product Design roles. Knowledge of: Figma, Design Systems, Interface Design, Information Architecture, Agile Methodologies, OKRs, Product Mindset, Data Analytics, general AI concepts, and experimentation (A/B Testing). Experience with high-scale digital products, user research, data analysis, product and business metrics, accessible design (WCAG), user validation, and cross-functional team collaboration.
