**We are looking for an Electromechanic!** A leading company in the foodservice industry is seeking an Electromechanic to join its team. A specialized technician responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing electrical and mechanical equipment used in professional kitchens. This role ensures restaurants operate without interruptions and that equipment functions safely and efficiently. Main Responsibilities: * **Maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment** * Ovens (conventional, convection, combi) * Fryers * Griddles, grills, stoves * Industrial dishwashers * Mixers, slicers, food processors * **Repair and installation of refrigeration equipment** * Cold rooms * Refrigerated display cases * Industrial refrigerators and freezers * **Diagnosis of electrical and mechanical failures** * Motors, fans, heating elements * Electronic boards, sensors, thermostats * Power lines and electrical protections * **Preventive maintenance** * Technical cleaning of equipment * Inspection of electrical connections * Burner adjustments, temperature calibration * Safety and regulatory compliance checks * **Installation of new equipment** * Electrical and gas connections * Mechanical adjustments and startup procedures * Initial configuration according to technical manuals Requirements: * Minimum of one year of previous experience in the restaurant industry. * Immediate availability * Higher education or technical degree in industrial and residential electricity * Basic mechanics knowledge * Refrigeration and gas systems * Ability to read technical drawings and manuals * Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations in commercial kitchens We offer: * Positive work environment. * Formal employment contract. * Immediate integration.
