Today, we are looking for our next Project Engineer for our Automotive Division (Autycam)—a key position to lead strategic initiatives, drive technological improvements, and coordinate projects contributing to business growth and transformation. What will be your mission? Lead, manage, and implement strategic projects for the Automotive Division, ensuring proper coordination among internal departments, suppliers, and technology teams—with a focus on process optimization, customer experience enhancement, and business value generation. Main job challenges: * Lead improvement, digital transformation, and process optimization projects for the Automotive Division. * Gather requirements and needs jointly with Marketing, Logistics, and other business units. * Coordinate project development and implementation with IT teams and external suppliers. * Monitor each project phase, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and objectives. * Drive continuous improvements in digital platforms and customer experience, including website optimizations and technological tools. * Analyze digital metrics, KPIs, and commercial results to identify improvement opportunities. * Participate in initiatives related to automation, user experience, and operational efficiency. * Manage testing, validation, and post-implementation follow-up to ensure project success. * Administer budgets and control costs associated with initiatives under your responsibility. * Serve as the liaison point between various business areas and technology suppliers.
