Evaluates and applies critical updates and security patches IT Infrastructure Manager At PS Grupo Hunting, we are looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager to join a challenging technological environment where operational continuity, information security, and continuous infrastructure improvement are business-critical. We seek a technically minded individual with analytical capability and commitment to IT service stability. This role aims to administer, maintain, and protect the technological infrastructure, ensuring availability, integrity, and confidentiality of operating systems, networks, communications, and critical platforms. Functions and Responsibilities * Supervise and manage the operation of servers, networks, databases, links, and communications in accordance with internal procedures of the IT Infrastructure area. * Ensure system, network, and communication availability, guaranteeing continuity of technological services. * Execute and verify hardening and vulnerability mitigation techniques, applying remediation measures as per established procedures. * Maintain the required security level of the platform to safeguard operational continuity. * Verify compliance with information security policies across systems. * Administer and verify access to platform systems, applying the principle of least privilege across different business units. * Supervise and manage the IT asset inventory of the Infrastructure area, including network topology, servers, and internet links. * Evaluate and apply critical updates and security patches on servers and relevant systems. * Identify vulnerabilities early, prioritize them according to severity, and coordinate mitigation actions. * Contribute to protection of critical infrastructure by reducing vulnerability points and strengthening system security. * Participate in awareness activities, user support via tickets, and meetings related to continuous improvement of the area. Job Challenges This position plays a key role in continuity, security, and evolution of the technological infrastructure. The selected candidate must keep the infrastructure updated, monitored, and aligned with best practices, promoting a cybersecurity culture among users without affecting service availability. Requirements Professionals holding degrees in Network and Telecommunications Engineering, Network and Connectivity Engineering, Computer Science Engineering with specialization in networks, infrastructure, or cybersecurity, or equivalent qualifications. Mandatory Knowledge Certification or formal, verifiable training in: * Microsoft 365 Administration\. * Windows Server Administration. Desirable Knowledge * Certification or formal training in Linux administration. * Certification or formal training in CCNA. * Technical English at user/intermediate level. * SQL knowledge. * Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate. * Certification or formal training in information security management based on ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework. Experience * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in networks and communications or similar roles * Salary: $1\.400\.000\. net approx.
