Strategically support the commercial area with specialized analysis S\&M Consulting Group is seeking a specialized R&D professional to lead the creation and validation of new electrical products and solutions. The core objective of this position is to evaluate the technical and commercial feasibility of implementing innovative equipment in the Chilean market, acting as the technical bridge between international manufacturers and the company's strategic needs. **Key Responsibilities:** The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing electrical market trends and customer needs through sectoral information research. They must propose and develop electrical technical solutions in direct coordination with represented brands and internal teams, considering technical, commercial, and available resource requirements. Additionally, they will provide strategic support to the commercial area by delivering market analysis and specialized technical information to aid decision-making. **Mandatory Requirements:** * A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Civil Engineering or Electronic Civil Engineering is required. * The candidate must demonstrate verifiable experience in electrical or electronic product development, including technical capability to understand, test equipment, and assemble associated solutions, as well as coordination with suppliers or manufacturers to validate feasibility. * Intermediate English proficiency is required to enable fluent communication with international teams. * Knowledge of Medium- and High-Voltage equipment, as well as electrical installations such as substations or transmission lines, will be considered a strong asset. **Important Note Regarding Candidate Profile:** This search targets exclusively professionals with proven experience in innovation, prototyping, and new product lifecycle management. *Applications from candidates focused on project engineering, construction execution, field services, commissioning, industrial automation, or technical sales will not be considered, in order to optimize time for all parties involved in the process.* Salary: $2\.500\.000 per month Work Location: On-site employment
