Job Summary: We are seeking a Labor Audit Executive to ensure the flawless execution of the audit process, analyze documentation, and enhance effectiveness to achieve final compliance. We want you to become our next Labor Audit Executive, working at our central office located in the commune of Providencia. **Mission:** Ensure labor audits are conducted flawlessly; analyze and review all documents uploaded to the platform; add value and improve process effectiveness to guarantee final compliance. **Responsibilities:** Carry out and oversee the entire requested audit cycle through SHP. Obtain and evaluate all documentation prior to uploading it to the platform. Inform leaders via email about the status of documents uploaded for monthly audit processes. Prepare and present reports reflecting audit results and document the process. Act as an objective advisory source to ensure the validity and legality of submitted documents. Maintain open communication with clients to ensure optimal outcomes throughout the process. Follow up on audit closures using feedback from Operations Leaders. Control, review, and execute the full audit process for external suppliers. Conduct coordination meetings with external auditors (RedSur, Certilap, etc.). Perform other job-related duties assigned by direct management. Experience and Education **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or related fields. **Knowledge:** Intermediate-level Office suite proficiency; Internet and Intranet usage; email (Outlook/Gmail); collaborative work platforms (SAP, OneDrive, Google Drive); and the Chilean Labor Code. **Experience:** 3–5 years of prior experience in Human Resources. **We Offer:** Fixed-term employment contract, with potential conversion to indefinite term.
