Contract Duration: June 4–21, 2026. Work Schedule: Fixed Night Shift from 22:00 to 08:00 hrs (5x2 schedule). Benefits: Commuter buses provided by the client. Main Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor mandatory attendance registration (entries and exits) for all night shift personnel. Conduct regular patrols and inspections within the Distribution Center to ensure operators are performing their assigned tasks. Mitigate unauthorized wandering and improper conduct by staff within DC premises. Coordinate required operational and dispatch activities to fulfill night shift objectives. Requirements: Mandatory: Solid experience supervising staff during night shifts, preferably in logistics, retail, or manufacturing. Immediate availability to work the night shift from 22:00 to 08:00 hrs. Desirable: Ability to work under pressure, assertive command voice, and residence in San Bernardo or nearby areas with bus access.
