Working under agile methodologies in multidisciplinary teams. **Description:** ---------------- **Develop high-impact backend solutions by integrating Generative Artificial Intelligence with enterprise platforms.** At KPaz, we are seeking a Senior Backend Developer to join a major technology transformation project at a leading financial institution. You will contribute to building modern backend solutions, integrating cloud services, APIs, and Generative AI technologies to support the evolution of digital processes and services. **Work Modality:** * Hybrid (2 days per week onsite in Las Condes, Santiago). * Available exclusively for individuals residing in the Región Metropolitana. **Your Responsibilities:** * Develop APIs and microservices using Python. * Integrate backend applications with AWS services. * Implement solutions using Generative AI models. * Integrate applications with LLM platforms via APIs. * Participate in the technical design of cloud solutions. * Collaborate on intelligent automation initiatives. * Optimize application performance, security, and scalability. * Work under agile methodologies alongside multidisciplinary teams. **What We Offer:** * Life insurance * Supplementary health insurance * IPC adjustment (biannual) * Referral program (clients and candidates) * Training program in partnership with Platzi * Career development and internal mobility plan * Birthday leave day * Gifts for births or weddings **Requirements:** --------------- **What We Are Looking For** Requirements * Solid experience in backend development with Python. * Experience developing REST APIs and microservices. * Experience using AWS in development projects. * Knowledge of integration with Generative AI models (OpenAI, Claude, Amazon Bedrock, or similar). * Experience working with Git and agile methodologies. * Certifications or formal training in Generative AI, AWS, or related disciplines will be highly valued. Desirable * FastAPI. * Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Studio. * Experience developing RAG solutions. * Docker and Kubernetes. * CI/CD.
