This role has a direct impact on the asset lifecycle and its operational performance. ### **About the Challenge** * Ensure SCADA system and communication operability, maintaining continuity and compliance with technical and regulatory standards. * Participate in the design and development of complex SCADA solutions, incorporating new technologies and scalable architectures. * Lead or supervise SCADA implementation projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring quality, timelines, and efficiency. * Diagnose and resolve critical failures, making strategic decisions to minimize operational impacts and guarantee service continuity. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, manage incidents, and coordinate interventions with technical teams and clients. * Implement and maintain cybersecurity and physical protection measures, strengthening access controls, encryption, network segmentation, and monitoring. * Identify improvement opportunities to enhance SCADA system performance, availability, and reliability. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards, focusing on security, data quality, and critical infrastructure. * Coordinate actions with Control Centers, Maintenance, and stakeholders for scheduled interventions and contingencies involving equipment. ### **What We’re Looking For** * Professional degree in Electronic Civil Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field. * **Minimum 3 years of experience** with SCADA systems in transmission or critical infrastructure. * Demonstrable knowledge in: * LAN/WAN networks * Firewalls and industrial cybersecurity * SCADA and automation systems * Operating systems and technical service continuity regulations * Valid Class B driver's license. * High willingness for fieldwork ### **What’s Offered** * Direct contract. * Key technical role in asset management systems. * Participation in continuous improvement projects and digital tool implementations. * Multidisciplinary team focused on operational excellence.
