Job Summary: We are seeking a DBA (Oracle) to modernize and implement an integrated system, replacing the current personnel administration system. Key Highlights: 1. Modernization and implementation of an integrated system 2. Exclusive use of Oracle Database 19c 3. Development with Oracle, Java, Python, C, PHP A technology company is seeking a DBA (Oracle) to work based on a tender.· 1\.Salary: To be agreed upon **2\.Objectives and Summary:** The tender aims to modernize, implement, and deploy an integrated system to replace the company's current Personnel Administration System (SIAP). **3\.Technical Requirements:** **Infrastructure:** Mandatory On\-Premise installation with integration to institutional VMware vSphere. **Database:** Exclusive use of Oracle Database 19c. **Migration:** Migration of historical and current data from the SIAP system to the new ERP. **Security:** Compliance with cybersecurity standards of the Chilean Army CSIRT and protection of sensitive data using TLS/SSL and AES. **SLA:** Maximum initial response time of 4 business hours and resolution of critical incidents within a maximum of 1 business day. An On\-Premise solution installed in the institutional data center with backup on VMware vSphere is required.
