The Data Protection and Risk Management Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data loss prevention strategies within the organization. This role involves alignment with security policies, information classification, and risk compliance process management, ensuring sensitive information is protected against unauthorized access and security breaches. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Responsibilities:** * **Policy Design and Alignment:** * Develop and update DLP policies aligned with current regulations and standards. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper classification of information based on sensitivity. * **Information Classification:** * Support internal data classification processes, ensuring that critical organizational information is properly identified and protected. * Monitor actions taken by technical teams managing data storage systems to ensure compliance with established policies. * **Risk Compliance:** * Assess and manage risks associated with data loss, developing action plans to mitigate vulnerabilities. * Work with the technology audit team to ensure periodic reviews are conducted and corrective actions are taken as necessary. * **Knowledge of Architectures and Systems:** * Maintain broad knowledge of IT architectures and on-premise systems to identify potential data security failure points. * Evaluate and recommend DLP solutions that integrate effectively into existing infrastructure. * Support the organization's platform administration teams in detecting and responding to data loss incidents. * Assist technical areas in implementing network security controls to protect information in transit. * **Project Management:** * Plan and execute projects related to DLP solution implementation, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. * Coordinate with different departments to ensure adoption and effectiveness of implemented solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. * Proven experience in DLP management, information security, and risk compliance. * Solid knowledge of IT architectures, on-premise systems, and networks. * Project management and teamwork skills. * Certifications in cybersecurity technologies related to data protection (mandatory) * Certifications in information security (CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, etc.) are desirable. **Additional Information** Stefanini Benefits Indefinite Contract Looking for a place where your ideas can shine?
