Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30 **Education:** Industrial Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. **Purpose of the Position** We are seeking a First Line Manager for the Packaging area at our Graneros Factory. The purpose of this role is to lead operations and people comprehensively, ensuring operational continuity, close team management, and achievement of departmental objectives. We seek a candidate with strong leadership, holistic perspective, and the ability to drive technological modernization and continuous improvement—ensuring production plan execution and meeting quality, safety, and productivity goals. If you enjoy leading teams, proposing ideas, and contributing to continuous improvement so that processes and products are delivered on time and to specification—while safeguarding quality and safety—this vacancy may be right for you. **A Day in the Life of…** Supervise and coordinate production line operations, ensuring daily plan compliance. Lead and develop line and area supervisors, promoting teamwork and a safety culture. Review shift schedules, vacation planning, and compliance policy adherence. Participate in modernization projects, including automation and machine commissioning. Manage key performance indicators, reduce customer complaints, and apply continuous improvement tools. Report results to the leadership team and coordinate with internal departments. **What Will Make You Successful** Hold a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Have at least 2–3 years of experience leading people in production or industrial environments. Demonstrate a hands-on, empathetic, and visible leadership style on the shop floor. Desirable knowledge of TPM, Lean, production KPIs, quality, and safety. Intermediate English proficiency. Intermediate/advanced proficiency in digital tools: Excel, SAP, AI. Demonstrate proactivity, adaptability, effective communication, and the ability to build trust and commitment within the team.
