Participate in modernization projects, including automation and machine commissioning. Manage key performance indicators, reduce customer complaints, and apply continuous improvement tools. Report results to the leadership team and coordinate with internal departments. **What Will Make You Successful** Hold a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Have at least 2–3 years of experience leading people in production or industrial environments. Demonstrate a hands-on, empathetic, and visible leadership style on the shop floor. Desirable knowledge of TPM, Lean, production KPIs, quality, and safety. Intermediate English proficiency. Intermediate/advanced proficiency in digital tools: Excel, SAP, AI.
