At Consorcio, we are seeking a Branch Services Executive from the Sales and Branches Management team. The individual will be responsible for efficiently resolving various customer requests and inquiries within established timeframes through in-person service at our branches, delivering a positive service experience at every interaction and fostering customer loyalty by offering new products as well as comprehensive advisory services. What will your main responsibilities be? Provide in-person customer service at branches, resolving inquiries and requests while projecting a professional image of the company. Know all Consorcio products (Multi-product Executive) and operational procedures directly related to their role to provide post-sale service across all business lines. Deliver comprehensive advisory service to customers with the goal of customer retention through product retention and sales of new offerings. Ensure compliance with the "Customer Service Protocol" when assisting clients, aiming to retain and build loyalty with served customers by identifying their needs. Persistently follow up on issues requiring resolution from other departments. What are we looking for? Graduated professional technician with background related to the industry. At least 2 years of in-person customer service experience. Availability to work in Osorno.
