Job Summary: Maintenance personnel with experience in general repairs and maintenance, visiting customers and addressing their requests by providing immediate solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance role involving customer visits and resolution of requests. 2. Knowledge of general repairs and comprehensive maintenance. 3. Manual skills, precision, and ability to follow technical instructions. Maintenance personnel are responsible for following a scheduled route to visit customers at various locations across the city and address their requests. This involves inspecting, repairing, and/or providing immediate solutions to ensure optimal operation. For this role, candidates must possess knowledge and experience in general repairs and maintenance, including: painting, plumbing (gasfitting), basic electricity, flooring\-pavement work, assembly and general furniture installation, among others. Additionally, the candidate must be familiar with appropriate materials for each task and the correct use of power tools. Requirements: * Experience with PVC, PPR, and copper piping work * Faucet and drain replacement/installation * Furniture assembly / installation * Ceramic, porcelain tile, and concrete installation/repair * Spackling, taping, and painting * Strong manual dexterity * A precise, meticulous, and detail-oriented individual capable of following complex and precise technical instructions. * Availability to work flexible hours, including servicing establishments located in shopping malls.
