Participation in technological evolution and continuous improvement **Full Stack Developer with Backend Focus** At PS Grupo Hunting, we are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a Backend focus to join the technology team of a leading company specializing in technological solutions for transportation, GPS, and high-volume information processing. We seek a candidate with solid backend development experience—especially in Java and Spring Boot—with the ability to work on existing systems, develop new features, resolve technical incidents, and participate in the technological evolution of current platforms. **Position Objective** Join the development team primarily to support backend development on Java and microservice architecture, while also participating in frontend initiatives, system integration, and continuous improvement of internal and customer-facing applications. The primary focus will be on developing, maintaining, and optimizing applications targeting transportation, GPS, and large-scale information processing solutions. Main Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend functionalities using Java and Spring Boot. Design, build, integrate, and consume REST APIs. Work with relational databases, primarily PostgreSQL. Perform SQL queries, data modeling, and basic query optimization. Support frontend development when required, preferably with Angular. Maintain, adjust, and evolve existing components developed in PHP. Analyze technical requirements and translate them into implementable solutions. Review logs, diagnose errors, and resolve technical incidents. Participate in testing, code reviews, deployments, and technical documentation. Collaborate with technical and functional teams on continuous platform improvement. **Mandatory Requirements** Degree in Computer Science, Computing Engineering, Programmer Analyst, Programming Technician, or related field. At least 3 years of software development experience. Proven backend development experience with Java. Ideally, approximately 5 years of hands-on Java experience. Practical experience with Spring Boot. Proficiency with relational databases. Experience working with PostgreSQL. Development and consumption of REST APIs. Proficiency in SQL queries, data modeling, and basic query optimization. Version control experience, preferably Git. Ability to analyze errors, review logs, and resolve technical incidents. **Desirable Requirements** Frontend development experience with Angular. Knowledge of PHP, especially for maintenance or evolution of existing systems. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript. Knowledge of Docker or containerized environments. Experience integrating with external services. Familiarity with agile methodologies and ticketing tools. 2–3 years of experience in frontend or complementary technologies. **Expected Profile** We seek an autonomous, organized, analytical, and quality-oriented individual, capable of excelling both in new development projects and in maintaining existing systems. Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams, adherence to development best practices, code maintainability, and effective problem-solving abilities will be highly valued. **Conditions** Offered net salary: between $1.900.000 and $2.100.000 monthly net.
