You will play a key role in ensuring the proper use of our Formwork and Scaffolding systems, directly contributing to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. **Your challenge as an Assembly Supervisor:** You will be responsible for providing technical instruction to our on-site customers, supervising the correct assembly and use of our solutions, and identifying opportunities for improvement in safety and productivity. Your work will directly impact the quality and continuity of our operations in the southern region of PERI Chile. **What will you do in this role?** * Verify on-site the correct and safe use of PERI equipment, preventing damage and risks. * Provide technical instructions to customers on proper assembly according to engineering studies. * Issue periodic technical reports detailing relevant findings, risks, or deviations. * Identify idle equipment and manage its prompt return. * Actively support continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS). * Identify operational and environmental risks and take preventive actions. * Participate in safety talks, drills, and prevention initiatives on site. * Promptly report any substandard conditions or actions detected. **Profile requirements we are seeking:** * Completed secondary education.
