We are currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant for our facility located in Maipú. Among your main responsibilities is being responsible for the control and management of warehouses existing in the assigned area. Carry out all assigned tasks, complying with current laws, policies, procedures, standards, and operational instructions defined by the company related to the position. Attend suppliers by receiving the products needed in the warehouse. Receive, store, categorize, organize, and manage incoming warehouse goods, generating a receipt document matching the received products. Review Dispatch Guides and Invoices provided by suppliers, verifying that they contain correct data matching the Purchase Order. Keep up-to-date and organized records of uniform distribution. Maintain order and cleanliness within the warehouse. Conduct monthly or semi-annual inventory, keeping records of all supplies, materials, equipment, and tools in the warehouse. Load diesel into machinery, vehicles, and field equipment, maintaining control records for each loading or unloading operation. Support, in the absence of the fuel supervisor, the fuel reception and supply operations at the base. Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by the company, ensuring their care and reporting to immediate supervisors when replacement is required. **Participate in ISO processes:** 9001 \- ISO: 14001 \- ISO 45001:2018\. And any other duties inherent to the position as requested by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** Degree in Warehouse Management, Storage, and Logistics or related fields.
