At **Hoffens S.A.**, a leading company in the manufacturing and distribution of fluid conveyance and electrical conduit products, we are seeking a **Quality Management System Officer** to strengthen our commitment to continuous improvement. **What will you do in this role?** * Manage, update, and ensure compliance with the **Quality Management System** according to the **ISO 9001:2015** standard. * Coordinate and conduct **internal audits** and support external audits. * Manage **non-conformities**, improvement opportunities, and coordination with customers and suppliers. * Develop and maintain **control tools and reports** for decision-making. * Lead internal training sessions and promote a culture of quality within the company. **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Engineering degree, preferably related to industrial processes. * **Certification:** Internal Auditor in **ISO 9001:2015** (mandatory). * **Experience:** 2 to 4 years in a similar position. * **Skills:** Team leadership, decision-making, and strategic vision. **Additional qualifications we value:** * Experience in manufacturing companies implementing quality management systems. * Proficiency in **Excel** and/or quality management tools. * Experience with **quality control software and claim tracking systems**, with the ability to generate reports and quality progress presentations.
