




Job Description At Konecranes, we continue to grow and at this time we are looking for a **Quality Management System Analyst,** who will be responsible for leading and maintaining the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, as well as coordinating and managing training activities aligned with the company's needs. Main Responsibilities: * Implementation, certification, and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System at designated locations. * Review, update, and document procedures. * Prepare and lead internal and external audits related to management systems. * Analyze findings and follow up on corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with qualification requirements on platforms such as SICEP or other supplier registries according to the industry. * Support local management in the management and renewal of required legal licenses and/or permits. * Maintain an updated record of current regulatory obligations and ensure compliance. * Support the development, updating, and execution of the annual training plan. * Prepare training reports and indicators. * Assist in coordinating internal training activities across various locations. Requirements **Required Profile** * Junior professional in Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems. * Intermediate level of English language proficiency (desirable). * Internal auditor in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
