Are you ready to begin? **With us, you can.** **About this opportunity:** At WSP Chile, we are seeking a **Project Planning and Control Professional**, with a strong focus on project scheduling, execution, and monitoring. This position will report functionally to the Project Controls Lead and operationally to the Project Manager. **Responsibilities:** * Support comprehensive project management. * Develop schedules and baselines, define key milestone programming and work packages. * Weekly scheduling of deliverables and activities. * Support resource planning by generating staffing plans based on project needs. * Manage project KPIs, issue early warnings, propose and take actions to recover from deviations. * Support change management and control processes. * Control project costs, man-hours, and financials. * Prepare, manage and control project payment milestones and invoicing. * Produce periodic progress reports. * Lead project risk planning and management. * Configure, run and optimize systems, tools and interfaces to ensure effective cost, scheduling and risk management. * Play a practical and proactive role focused on successful project delivery. * Collaborate closely with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. * Ensure delivery of professional, high-quality project controls services. **Requirements:** * Engineering degree in any specialty (Mandatory). * Proven experience working on projects in large-scale mining (Mandatory). * 8 years of professional experience in Project Controls and Planning. * Knowledge and application of Earned Value and other progress monitoring techniques. * Knowledge and experience in cost management, change control, and risk planning and management. * Advanced written and spoken English. * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Primavera P6 and MS Project (Mandatory). * Experience in Cost Control and Scheduling. * Agile methodologies, Lean Management and/or AWP experience is desirable. * Leadership, initiative and proactivity. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Analytical thinking and effective oral and written communication. * High level of interpersonal skills. * Strong commitment to continuous improvement. **What we offer:** * You can join our “Own It” program, allowing you to acquire shares in WSP Global through monthly contributions (deducted from payroll) and benefit from an additional 50% company contribution (subject to a maximum defined amount). * You gain immediate ownership of your shares, including those funded by the company’s contribution. * Annual performance evaluations. * Biannual employee engagement surveys. * Be part of a multinational company with high quality standards and ongoing growth. * Opportunity to participate in multidisciplinary and cross-sector projects at national, regional and global levels. \#LI\-VVB \#Chile **Primary Location** CL\-CL\-LAS CONDES**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Regular**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 8**Job Posting** Oct 14, 2025, 3:18:40 PM
