Apply at getonbrd.com without intermediaries. ### **Job Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain **backend and frontend services** associated with PlanOK’s SaaS platforms. * Implement and maintain **CI/CD pipelines**, ensuring automated, secure, and reproducible deployments. * Work with **Docker-based infrastructure**, Linux servers, and optionally Kubernetes. * Apply **TDD**, **OOP**, and sound software engineering practices to new features and legacy software refactoring. * Administer and optimize **MySQL** and **PostgreSQL** databases, ensuring performance and availability. * Implement and manage **monitoring, logging, and alerting** using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK. * Collaborate in an agile environment using **Scrum** and **Kanban**, alongside multidisciplinary teams. * Ensure application and infrastructure security following modern standards. * Lead or participate in **legacy system modernization and refactoring**. * **Integrate AI-based tools and services** into the development workflow, including: + agents or assistants for automation, + copilots for assisted code generation, + use of AI models in internal functionalities or documentation, analysis, or data processes. * Contribute to continuous workflow improvement using AI to increase productivity, quality, and delivery speed. ### **Requirements** * Proven experience with **Python** (scripts, automation, backend). * Proven experience with **PHP** (legacy and modern frameworks). * Proficiency in **JavaScript**, frameworks such as **React** and **Vue**, and metaframeworks such as **Next.js** or **Nuxt.js**. * Solid experience with **MySQL** and **PostgreSQL**. * CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar). * Mastery of **TDD**, **OOP**, and sound software architecture practices. * Experience configuring and managing **Linux servers**, **Docker** containers, and preferably **Kubernetes**. * Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Loki, etc.). * Advanced **Git** proficiency and modern workflows (GitFlow / Feature Branch). * Practical knowledge of integrating **AI agents**, copilots, and AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI, etc.). * Familiarity with cloud providers such as **AWS**, **GCP**, or **DigitalOcean**. * Experience using **Jira** and **Confluence**. * Experience working primarily on **Linux**. * Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams. * Proactive attitude, ability to anticipate problems, and propose solutions. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills—both technical and non-technical. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Technological curiosity and a mindset of continuous improvement. ### **Education and Experience** * Degree in Engineering or Higher Technical Education in Computer Science or related field. * Demonstrable work experience of **at least 4–5 years in Full-Stack roles**. * Ability to balance technical skills with collaboration and product quality focus. * Skill in clearly and accessibly explaining technical concepts. ### **Benefits** * Join a leading real estate technology company with a dynamic and innovative environment. * **Hybrid and flexible work model**. * Career development plan and continuous growth opportunities. * Supplementary health insurance. * Office located near **Manquehue Metro Station**. * Opportunity to work on high-impact projects using modern technologies.
