**We are looking for an Operational Projects Specialist!** At **ENGIE**, a global leader in energy generation and committed to a carbon-neutral future, we are seeking an **Operational Projects Specialist** to join our **Maintenance and Technical Support team in Santiago** **What will be your purpose?** Support, under the leadership of the Head of Operational Projects, the design and execution of operational projects in commercial-operation renewable plants, including improvements, technological upgrades, regulatory updates and punch list items, ensuring compliance with ENGIE standards and current regulations. **Your main responsibilities** * Participate in all stages of operational projects: scheduling, design and engineering, coordination with cross-functional areas, support during bidding processes, supplier management, permit review, contract administration and cost traceability. * Develop technical specifications and bidding documents for services to be tendered. * Lead the change management process for assets in the portfolio. * Prepare business cases related to operational projects. * Supervise contractors in engineering and implementation projects, both remotely and on-site, coordinating with ITO when applicable (includes recurrent site visits). **What we expect from you** * Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or related field. * At least 3 years of experience in renewable or thermal plants in construction, O\&M, technical inspection of works and/or contract administration; and at least 1 year of experience in Engineering or similar role. * More than 5 years of total professional experience. * Experience in managing technical projects: schedule, budget and procurement control. * Knowledge of construction contract management and technical quality and service standards: NFPA70E, NCH Elec. 4/2003, ANSI\-NETA\-MT, NCh Elec 2/84, Manual de Carretera, DS 594, DFL 458, IEEE 80, NFPA 2001 and DS N°43/2012\. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Location**: Santiago **Employment type**: Full time **Why ENGIE?** * Indefinite contract from day one. * Culture of collaboration, inclusion, diversity and continuous improvement. * Real opportunities for professional development and growth. * Actively contribute to Chile's energy transition.
